Alex Trevino is a trial attorney and founder of Trevino Injury Law Firm, dedicated to representing individuals and families harmed by negligence. Born and raised in Edinburg, Texas, Alex brings a strong South Texas work ethic and a deep commitment to helping injured clients stand up to insurance companies and large corporations.

Alex attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where he earned his undergraduate degree In 2017. After graduation, he spent a year working at a prominent law firm, gaining early, hands-on experience in personal injury litigation and client advocacy. He then attended South Texas College of Law Houston, earning his Juris Doctor in 2021.

Alex began his legal career at a smaller litigation firm, where he immediately took an active role in handling cases from intake through trial. During this time, he gained experience across a wide range of personal injury matters, including slip and fall incidents, motor vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, and complex 18-wheeler crash cases.

In 2023, Alex joined a large and well-respected personal injury firm, where he expanded his trial experience and built a strong record in the courtroom. From 2024 to the present, Alex has tried multiple jury trials, securing one multi-million-dollar verdict and multiple six-figure verdicts on behalf of injured clients. His trial-focused approach allows him to prepare every case as if it will go before a jury, which often leads to stronger outcomes both in settlement negotiations and at trial.

Alex founded Trevino Injury Law Firm to provide clients with direct attorney access, personalized representation, and aggressive advocacy. He focuses his practice on serious injury cases involving commercial vehicle collisions, workplace injuries, and catastrophic accidents.
